Description
Daymoon’s 5th studio album, WEDNESDAY takes the band’s eclectic approach to bewildering heights. The music ranges from off-piste experiments and light-hearted sci-fi folk, to an extended, brooding suite of autobiographical notes about a children’s sanatorium in 1960’s Germany – all of it carried by the emotive vocal delivery by lead singer, Lavínia Roseiro. A possibly welcome bonus for weary listeners is the fact that the album features no drums. This is a shift from the progressive rock band’s former album releases.
