Tweeëntwintig LIVE tracks uit het rijke oeuvre van deze legendarische band, waaronder uiteraard: ‘Starlight Dancer’, ‘Out Of This World’, ‘Merlin’, en vele andere. Met als bijzondere bonus twee geweldige nieuwe studio nummers, waarvan ‘Looking Down From My Window’ in januari al verschijnt als single. In dit prachtige document laat Kayak horen en zien aarom ze al sinds 1973 tot op heden tot de absolute top behoren.

• RELEASE PARTY: met groot genoegen kunnen we bekendmaken dat er ter gelegenheid van de Kayak 2CD/DVD ‘Back to Shore- The Farewell Tour 2022’ op zondagmiddag 2 maart in AZOTOD te De Meern (Utrecht) een release party annex Meet & Greet met de band is georganiseerd! Bovendien zal daar de wereldpremiere van de video op een groot scherm plaatsvinden.
• De online release via de streaming diensten is reeds op 23 februari (audio only). De fysieke voorbestellingen worden vanaf 28 februari verstuurd. Als je de releaseparty wilt bijwonen en daar je CD wilt afhalen (de post kan er tegenwoordig immers langer over doen), schrijf dat dan in het ‘customer comments’ gedeelte van de webshop en je krijgt de verzendkosten teruggestort, of bestel direct bij  AZOTOD (Click Here).  Je ontvangt een bevestiging dat je bestelde exemplaar van Back To Shore op 2 maart voor je klaarligt.  De release party tickets: bestel je kaarten rechtstreeks bij AZOTOD.

About the Album: ‘Back To Shore – The 2022 Farewell Tour‘, the last Kayak album: a double CD/DVD with the live footage of the 2022 Farewell Tour, recorded in Zoetermeer and Hilversum. Twenty-two LIVE tracks from the rich repertoire of this legendary band, including, of course: ‘Starlight Dancer’, ‘Out Of This World’, ‘Merlin’, and many others. With the special bonus of two never before heard studio recordings, of which ‘Looking Down From My Window’ will be released as a single in January. In this beautifully mastered presentation Kayak shows  once again why they have been among the absolute top of the scene from 1973 until now.

• RELEASE PARTY: We warmly invite you to the release event for the Kayak 2CD/DVD ‘Back to Shore – The Farewell Tour 2022’ on Sunday afternoon, March 2, 2025 at AZOTOD de Meern (Utrecht). There will be a release party and Meet & Greet with KAYAK. In addition, the world premiere of the video will take place there on a large screen.  The digital release via streaming services will go live on February 23 (audio only). The physical pre-orders will be shipped from February 28. If you want to attend the release party and pick up your CD there (after all, the post can take a bit longer these days), write this in the ‘customer comments’ section of the webshop and you will be refunded the shipping costs, or just order direct from AZOTOD (Click Here)  You will receive confirmation that your ordered copy of Back To Shore will be ready for you to pick up at the event on March 2.
