Founded in 2016 by prolific composer Jan Boekestein, The Boxx Orchestra has been captivating audiences with their symphonic rock sound. As TBO celebrated their tenth year, they have a new lineup.  Original band members, keyboardist Jan Boekestein  and drummer Kees Schollen have welcomed three seasoned professionals to the group: bassist Mario van Drunick (Argyll, TimeLock), vocalist Brigitte van Noije (Venus in the West), and Gilmour-inspired guitarist Dennis Wever (Moonradio). With decades of collective experience, the refreshed quintet is currently onboarding and preparing to return to the stage, with plans already underway to record their highly anticipated third album. Their debut album, “Out of the Boxx,” released in 2021, showcased their talent and creativity, garnering widespread acclaim and airplay with singles like “The Eye of the Storm” and “A Star Almost Fell.” With an album title, ‘Out of the Boxx’, OOB (Out Of the Box) Records was a perfect fit to reissue this album to reach a larger fanbase.
